If other countries can, why not India?
Supreme Court’s Refusal To Reopen Cases Of Killings Of Kashmiri Pandits Is Problematic
Can passage of time be a logical reason to deny justice?
What about justice for 2002 Gujarat riots? What about justice for 1992 Mumbai riots? What about justice for 1984 Delhi riots? What about justice for 1983 Assam massacre?
To make it clear, as long as there is no strict law against mob violence, things like this will definitely continue.
Any murder is murder and the victims must be given justice irrespective of the religion
It is not late prosecute the people involved and deliver justice
Let us not generalize and trivialize things this post is about KP and I stand with them for their demand of justice
There are people speaking about other communal and genocidal events and I stand with them too
Open cases of 1984 riots.
Indian Court will open at night for Yakub mercy , they have time 2 listen Jalikutti but unable 2 hear Kashmiri Pandit. Now all sikular became silent because d sentiments of so called peace loving religion will get hurted
Such a shameful decision
